About the National Challenge
The National Challenge will take place in Athens, GA on Friday, March 13 - Sunday, March 15, 2009. This year’s event will be a multi-event weekend featuring all levels of women's gymnastics from age group AAU Levels 2-5/PO, USAG Levels 3-10/Open and Prep Op to Collegiate and will be held on the University of Georgia campus at the Ramsey Student Activity Center. New to the event this year will be the National Cheer & Dance Challenge being held at the Classic Center on March 14-15, 2009.
Hold Your Spot registrations are off to a great start for the 2009 event with over 100 Level 10 and 150 Level 9 gymnasts already registered. A great competition and recruiting opportunity for upper level gymnasts.

A look at the schedule . . .
Friday, March 13th - The gymnastics competition will kick off at the Ramsey Student Activity Center. A special coaches party for all National Challenge coaches will complete the day at a site to be determined.
Saturday, March 14th - Gymnastics competition will continue at the Ramsey Center as Day One of the Cheer & Dance competition gets started at the Classic Center. The evening is topped off with the UGA Gym Dogs facing off with Michigan in a regular season showdown. Tickets for NC participants will be available for a discounted price. More details to come soon.
Sunday, March 15th - Day Two of the Cheer & Dance will finish with the presentation of awards as the gymnastics competition also concludes.
Tours of the new state of the art Suzanne Yoculan Gymnastics Center will be available throughout the weekend for participants of the NGC.
