The National Gymnastics Challenge (NGC) will take place in Athens, GA on Friday, March 13 - Sunday, March 15, 2009 at the Ramsey Center on the University of Georgia campus (Turn-by-turn Directions and Area Map). For those attending NGC, free parking is available in the East Campus Deck E04 adjacent to Ramsey Center. This competition will be part of a multi-event weekend featuring all levels of women's gymnastics from age group AAU Levels 2-6, USAG Levels 3-10/Open to Collegiate.
Special Note: AAU Levels 2-6 have been added to the 2009 National Gymnastics Challenge. Competition rules will follow the Florida AAU guidelines. Friday, March 13th - UGA GymDogs will face off with Michigan in a regular season showdown on Friday. Tickets for NGC participants will be available for a discounted price. More details to come soon.
Saturday, March 14th - NGC will host a reception for all NGC coaches following the competition on Saturday evening. Site and details coming soon.
Tours of the new state of the art Suzanne Yoculan Gymnastics Center will be available throughout the weekend for participants of the NGC.
